Poetic design is everywhere today and it has come to largely define collectible contemporary design. Remember the memorable scene in Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster thriller Inception when the power to bend dream according to the architect’s dream? “Wave City Coffee Table” by London-based designer Stelios Mousarris was inspired by this scene. The table, made of wood and steel, was created using 3D printing technology, and therefore ca be purchased for 4,000 EUR through the designer’s website.
