Take Glass of Wine & Join me for Storytime

Take a glass of wine before dinner and join me for a storytime, the story of modern design – at your home. Wherever you are across the globe, every Friday at 5:00 pm (EST), I will teach the program ‘The Story and History of Modern Design, 1850-2020’ – on Zoom. With the Center for Architecture/AIA.

Fridays:
5:00-6:00 pm
April 3, 10, 17, 24, May 1.
$75

This four-part course (5 sessions each) provides an introduction to the major historical styles, evolution, and movements that came to shape the story of modern design from 1850 to 2020. By examining interiors, furniture, objects, building, designers, makers, methods of production, and material culture, I seek to help you to understand the history of design and its visual vocabulary.
